Delivery & Setup
Your Happsy mattress will typically ship within 10-14 days after we receive your order and arrive via FedEx or UPS Ground no later than 5 business days after that depending on where you live. The mattress ships compressed, rolled, and boxed for easy delivery and handling.
While it's possible for one person to setup their Happsy, we recommend two people as the larger sizes can get pretty heavy (a queen weighs about 120 lbs). First you remove the mattress from the box, then you carefully slice the plastic casing with the provided cutting tool. Then, you roll out the mattress on your foundation, flip it over, and cut open the vacuum seal to watch your mattress instantly expand.
Your Happsy mattress should be ready for sleep within about 30 min, though it can take several days to fully dewrinkle and recover from its compressed packaged state. If possible, please hold on to the box and packaging until you're sure you're keeping the mattress. This may be necessary in the event of a return.
